Berlin Fashion Week, Part II

Hey sweeties!

I am really sorry that part 2 of my post about the Fashion Week is just coming up now...the thing is, my life at the moment is super busy and this will probably the last post about the fashion week for a while. I know I was super excited about it before and it is a big part of the past that I blogged about each Fashion Week, but I kind of don't feel "it" anymore. I am not sure what the "it" is, but I feel that this blog is taking more and more a different direction and it doesn't feel right anymore to blog about stuff that is so far away from my personal life and stuff I don't have connecting points with.
I rather tell you about stuff I tried, experienced etc. than about fashion shows I never will attend, because I don't even have any interest in attending it.




So about the Fashion Week, Day 2 to 4; 20th to 22nd of January.... some really interesting stuff was going on and it would be a lie to tell that I've seen all designers, I've not even seen all I wanted to see.
Anyway, I was so excited for Lena Hoschek this time. And she blew me away, her prints were so floral and a lot of her designs had shades of blue in it and I loved it. This is one of her best years so far.

Another one that blew me literally away was REBEKKA RUÈTZ, the make-up of her models was simply phenomenal and her designs were over the moon. Of all the shows I've seen this year, I think her show was my favourite, I love the prints, I love the design and I absolutely adore the coat you see on the model on the left in the following photo:

Once again, can we talk about the amazing make-up?!!

There have been a few more outfits that caught my eye. Marc Cain had many, many pastel shades in his designs and his show seemed so light and like a free spirit and gave out a pretty positive and warm vibe.

I've noticed a lot of black and grey this year, so this Fall/Winter will be a dark one. Not that I can complain, I think black is the most beautiful shade of all.

Welcome to my YouTube channel!

Hey, sweeties! 

Yes, it is true! I made my own YouTube Channel, also I made my first video, which is kind of a warm welcome to my life.
It was a hard decision to start a YouTube channel. Why? Because I am really insecure when it comes to myself in videos. I don't mind sitting here behind the screen talking/writing about what is going on, but when I know that I don't know how many of you are watching me...it just makes me wanna hide in a corner.

A lot of time has passed since my last post, because my life was taking the best out of me, in a good way.
Work kept me entirely busy and having your own flat brought more work to me than I've ever expected.
But I miss blogging and I miss telling you guys my thoughts on latest news in fashion.

Hallo ihr Süßen!
Seit meinem letzten Blog-Eintrag ist seeeehr viel Zeit vergangen, aber mein Leben hat mir alles abverlangt,
im guten Sinne. Meine "neue" Arbeit hat mich auf Trab gehalten und die erste eigene Wohnung zu arbeiten hat mehr Arbeit und Tätigkeiten mit sich gebracht, als ich mir je erwartet habe.
Aber, ich vermisse das bloggen und ich vermisse es euch zu erzählen, was ich über die Neuigkeiten in der
Mode- und Beautywelt denke.
Also, bin ich wieder da und ich weiß auch schon ein paar Sachen über die ich reden werde. Bleibt dran, der nächste Post kommt bald.

Back in Europe: fall time!

Hey, sweeties!

I wanted to update as I promised, but I had no phone with me in South America and google just
wouldn't let me log into my account, because of security issues.
Still I want to keep on blogging and I will tell you a bit of my life at this point! So, I came back home from my travel on the 2nd October after 3 months in Peru and it was so strange to be back!
Especially because I had to find myself a job in a hospital. But I was a tricky head, so I already wrote applications in Peru and had appointments in hospitals for job interviews.
So, I don't wanna bore you and creep you away, but I got the job!!! And on the 4th of November I will start the job, yaaaay!
Now I just have to search myself a room in a flat - flat share // roommate and my proper adult life can start!!!
But because there is always bad news coming after good ones, I got told yesterday that I have to get an operation so urgently, that I am going to have it next week already!!!!

Hallo ihr Süßen!

Ich hab euch ja versprochen soviel wie möglich upzudaten, ABER ich hatte ja kein Handy mit auf meiner Reise und Google wollte mir nicht erlauben, mich in Südamerika einzuloggen, wegen Sicherheitsblockierungen.
Naja, nichtsdestotrotz werde ich jetzt weiterbloggen und euch ein bisschen was über mein Leben gerade jetzt erzählen! Also, ich bin am 2. Oktober nach 3 Monaten in Peru zurück nach Hause gekommen und es war wieder eine unglaubliche Umstellung!
Vor allem, weil ich mir einen Job in einem Krankenhaus suchen muss. Ich war ja schon schlau, weil ich hab in Peru schon Bewerbungen geschrieben und hatte schon fixe Termine für Vorstellungsgespräche.
Ich werde euch jetzt nicht langweilen, aber ich hab den Job bekommen!!! Und fange am 4. November an zu arbeiten, hurraaaaaa!
Nur mehr WG-Zimmer suchen und dann kann das Leben beginnen!
Aber...da schlechte Nachrichten nicht auf sich warten lassen, hab ich jetzt erfahren, dass ich operieren gehen muss und weil es so dringend ist, wird das schon nächste Woche passieren!!!!
